Job Context

Olivine Ltd. is looking for a System Support Agent who is responsible, customer-focused, and skilled in communication. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries across multiple channels, provide accurate solutions, and ensure a positive support experience through professional and timely responses.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook page, service cloud software, and phone calls.

  • Resolve customer issues by identifying complaints, determining root causes, explaining appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.

  • Record and maintain details of customer communications according to company guidelines.

  • Gather and maintain adequate knowledge of company services (e.g., Land Services Software) to answer customer queries accurately.

  • Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

  • Ensure accountability for instant and timely customer communications.

  • Maintain regular office attendance and effective time management during working hours.

  • Build sustainable peer-to-peer and customer relationships through open and interactive communication.

  • Contribute to team efforts by completing assigned tasks and supporting colleagues.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and team members.

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and properly file all related documents.

Educational Requirements

  • HSC / Diploma / Graduation (any discipline)

Experience Requirements

  • Experience in customer support or system support will be an advantage.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.

  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with support tools and software.

  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

  • Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented mindset.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and skill).

Job Nature: Full-time

Office Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sunday to Thursday)
