Olivine Ltd. is looking for a System Support Agent who is responsible, customer-focused, and skilled in communication. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries across multiple channels, provide accurate solutions, and ensure a positive support experience through professional and timely responses.
Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook page, service cloud software, and phone calls.
Resolve customer issues by identifying complaints, determining root causes, explaining appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
Record and maintain details of customer communications according to company guidelines.
Gather and maintain adequate knowledge of company services (e.g., Land Services Software) to answer customer queries accurately.
Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Ensure accountability for instant and timely customer communications.
Maintain regular office attendance and effective time management during working hours.
Build sustainable peer-to-peer and customer relationships through open and interactive communication.
Contribute to team efforts by completing assigned tasks and supporting colleagues.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and team members.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and properly file all related documents.
Educational Requirements
HSC / Diploma / Graduation (any discipline)
Experience Requirements
Experience in customer support or system support will be an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with support tools and software.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented mindset.
Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and skill).
